OFFICIAL RULES

This sweepstakes is sponsored by #Waffle Giveaway ("Sponsor"). By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes.

Open only to residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The sweepstakes begins upon publication of these rules and ends on DEC 20, 2026 at the time of the live drawing. All entries must be received before the drawing begins.

Entrants may purchase an entry package or merchandise item from the Sponsor. Each package and merchandise item is assigned a stated number of sweepstakes entries. Upon successful payment, entries are assigned sequential entry numbers and confirmed by email.

No purchase is necessary. To receive one (1) free entry, complete the free entry form with your full name, mailing address, email address, and an original handwritten-style statement of at least twenty (20) characters about the vehicle. Limit one (1) free entry per person per sweepstakes period. Free entries receive the same weight and treatment as purchased entries.

One (1) grand prize: a 2024 GMC SIERRA 2500 HD DENALI (Lifted • Duramax • 26" Forged Wheels • Fully Built), with an approximate retail value as displayed on the sweepstakes site. The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by the Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is offered except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. One winning entry number will be selected at random from all eligible entries during a live-streamed drawing on DEC 20, 2026.

The potential winner will be notified by email and phone using the contact information submitted at entry. If the potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days, fails to respond, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.

All federal, state, and local taxes, title, registration, licensing, insurance, and any other costs associated with prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to complete a W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize.

All merchandise and entry package sales are final. Entries, once issued, cannot be cancelled, refunded, transferred, or exchanged.

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to the use of their name, likeness, city, state, and prize won for promotional purposes without further compensation.

By entering, entrants release the Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense arising out of participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

This sweepstakes is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with General Motors, GMC, or any vehicle manufacturer, dealer, or social media platform. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

This sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Sponsor is organized, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
